Dareal started table tennis training at the age of 10. By age 13, he qualified for the national table tennis team and successfully won multiple national and international competitions as gold medallist of the MSSM championship, bronze medallist of the SEA games, bronze medallist of the SEA Tennis Championship, and etc.
He started with an insurance career. He managed to sell policies with FYP for RM200,000 in 3 days, becoming the shining star in the insurance industry. He continuously ventured into new businesses and created the largest table tennis sports hall in Southeast Asia, Expert Swing Sdn. Bhd. Meanwhile, he cultivated many excellent table tennis players and he was invited to media interviews from China.
Soon after, he established an investment holding company on July 1st, 2020, which turned over RM10 million in its first year.

Jef Ooi

With nearly 30 years of industry experience and government contacts in various countries, Jef has become the chief consultant to assist nearly 70 well-known foreign companies in complying with the market in Asian countries.
Jef has been invited to serve in director positions in several well-known American and Asian companies, he also successfully deployed and planned the Asian market and listing plans.

The Founder of AMS Consulting, Stable, is an entrepreneurial lady involved in food & beverage, education, crypto mining farm, beauty products, health food/supplements manufacturing facilities, and international supply.
With a sharp market sense, Stable has assisted more than 10 Asian-owned companies in building outstanding brand names and 6 American companies to open up the Asian and Middle Eastern markets and created hundreds of million annual turnovers.

As the CTO, MJ is responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase propJECT’s business.
In addition to fixing IT-related issues, MJ is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and evaluating the propJECT’s technology resources. He proactively examines short- and long-term needs while using capital to make investments that support propJECT in reaching its goals.
Wong Siew Ling

Ms. Wong Siew Ling is an all-rounded operations expert known for her exceptional leadership and consistent excellence in setting up new companies. With a strong track record in guiding teams and establishing robust administrative systems, she is highly skilled in organizing SOPs and negotiating significant cost savings.
Remarkably, she successfully set up six platforms within a year. Her unwavering support has been instrumental in the growth of MLM companies, further highlighted by her development of effective marketing and incentive plans. Ms. Wong’s relentless efforts have resulted in substantial company savings and significantly enhanced operational efficiency. She strongly believes that healthy finances are able to change a person, even a family. Therefore, she made a promise to herself to help those who are in debt get out of their misery through real estate.
She studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment at UCSI. Soon after she graduates, she uses her knowledge and skills in the real estate industry. She successfully flipped multiple auction units and assisted over 50 investors to grow their real estate passive income with the power of leverage.
Today, she has successfully assisted over 500 families to turn debts into assets. This family not only owned their dream house but also financial freedom.
She was awarded the 2021 Malaysia Top 100 Outstanding Real Estate Team Leaders.

Previously, Kendrick Khoo worked with Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services and Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd (CSEA), a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad and a leading developer of renewable energy projects. During his tenure as Head of Corporate Finance at CSEA (2017-2020), Kendrick led key initiatives, including investment evaluations, M&A activities, and project financing for renewable energy projects such as biogas, solar, and energy efficiency initiatives.
His wealth of experience in finance and energy sectors makes him an invaluable asset to the propJECT team.
Book Wai Mun

Book Wai Mun is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, specializing in accounting and financial management. Her professional journey spans both Big 4 accounting firms, including Ernst & Young Kuala Lumpur and KPMG Hanoi, as well as commercial corporates.
She has extensive expertise in commercial bookkeeping and has served clients across diverse industries such as Food & Beverages, Retail, and Entertainment, among others. Wai Mun’s broad industry experience and financial acumen make her an essential part of the propJECT team.
Dolores Lee

Dolores Lee is a highly skilled auditor and chartered certified accountant with over 10 years of experience in Malaysia’s leading accounting and consulting firms. Her career includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Kuala Lumpur in Audit and Assurance Services and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Kuala Lumpur.
She brings extensive expertise in audit and corporate finance, serving a diverse range of clients, including publicly listed companies. Dolores’s in-depth knowledge and professional background make her a valuable contributor to the propJECT team’s financial and strategic initiatives.

He also leads a team in developing electronic platforms for property developers and property management companies, addressing their challenges. Successful projects include: Ewein Zenith City of Dreams, Penang; Chester Tulip Residence, Selangor; Amphil Rimbun Embassy Row, KL; Richmond Residence, Perak; PKNS Datum Jelatek Residences; UOA Southlink Residence; Mah Sing Legenda, Penang; and Hap Seng.
